Vegetables Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. whole oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 medium squash, sliced
    2 medium cucumbers, sliced
    4 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a jar; shake well.
    Place larger half of each vegetable in a large bowl in the order given. Repeat layers with remaining vegetables.
