Crispy Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
9 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and shortening.
Add all nine eggs, mix together.
Add cake flour and flavoring.
Beat for 10 minutes. This is very important.
Pour into large tube pan which has been greased and floured.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
