Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 large cooking apples
lemon juice (optional)
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
9-inch deep dish pie crust, unbaked
Preparation

Peel, core and slice apples.
(If apples are very ripe, add lemon juice.)
Mix 1/4 cup sugar with apple slices.
Place in unbaked crust.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup flour together and sprinkle over top of apples evenly.
Slice margarine into pats and arrange evenly over top of pie.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
