Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 can cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 large can salmon
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until soft.
    Beat eggs.
    Add all ingredients, including juice from can of salmon.
    Bake in a glass loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
