Joyce'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

carrots
potatoes
onion
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1/4 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef; set aside.
Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish.
First put layers of sliced carrots, then large chunk potatoes, then sliced onion.
Next, spread ground beef over vegetables.
Then spread mushroom soup over beef.
Pour tomato soup on top.
Place foil over dish and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Sprinkle each layer with salt.
