Shrimp And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 c. quick cooking rice
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Saute onions and bell pepper.\tMix all ingredients together.
    Bake, covered,
    in 9 x 13-inch dish for an hour at 350\u00b0.
