Glenda'S Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 fryer, cooked and chopped
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    2 green onions (tops also), chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 carton half and half or 2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. broth
    cornstarch to thicken
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cornstarch.
    Cook until vegetables are tender. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water and stir into mixture (should be consistency of chili).
    Serve over rice, toast points or noodles.
