Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour milk
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. dark molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour (or if needed)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll out part of dough about 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with cookie cutter or round glass dipped in flour. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
