Cheese Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans chicken broth (14 oz. each)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
9 oz. cheese tortellini
14 oz. Italian style stewed tomatoes
1/2 bunch fresh spinach, washed and torn up
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter over medium heat; add garlic and saute for two minutes.
Stir in chicken broth and tortellini; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
Simmer 5 minutes (do not boil).
Stir in spinach, basil and tomatoes.
Simmer 2 minutes. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese.
