Apricot-Nut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (11 oz.) apricots, dried
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (9 oz.) pineapple, crushed and drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. orange juice
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Cook, drain and puree dried apricots.
Add sugar to hot apricots.
Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Stir into apricot mixture and pour into square pan.
Chill until firm.
