Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 c. chopped raw peeled Granny Smith apples
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. chopped dates or raisins (optional)

Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar and brown sugar.
Sift cake flour with baking soda and baking powder.
Add oil, sifted cake flour and cinnamon to cream mixture.
Add vanilla flavoring, Granny Smith apples, pecans and chopped dates or raisins.
Bake in tube pan approximately 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
