Special Yellow Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sticks oleo (part can be butter)
1 box powdered sugar
6 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat egg whites in small mixing bowl.
Add 1/8 teaspoon salt. Cream oleo in large mixing bowl.
Add vanilla, powdered sugar. Add egg yolks.
Mix thoroughly.
Add flour.
Add egg whites and mix thoroughly.
Pour into two loaf pans, ungreased, wax paper on bottom of pan.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
