Uncle Terry'S Creamy Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10-12 potatoes peeled and diced
1 stick oleo
1 can evaporated milk
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil potatoes until just tender.
Be sure not to overcook. Drain well.
Pour in mixing bowl add oleo, salt & pepper and enough evaporated milk until thick and creamy.
No gravy needed for these thick rich yummy potatoes.
