Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini (4 1/2 c.), grated
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, onion and bouillon cubes in water for 12 to 15 minutes.
    In a frying pan, melt butter and stir in flour;
    cook until bubbly.
    Add milk and seasonings; cook until thick.
    Add to cooked vegetables and heat until hot.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
