Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3/4-inch) pork loins
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    pinch of dry mustard
Preparation
    Place flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag and shake well. Add loin chops and shake well.
    Place chops in shallow baking dish. Combine catsup, brown sugar and mustard.
    Blend and place 1/4 of this mixture on each chop heart.
    Add water to cover bottom of pan. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover for the last 15 minutes to brown.
    Place chops on serving platter and garnish each with a crab apple.
