Texas Pan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. cold coffee or water or half and half
1 stick butter
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation

On top of the stove mix the ingredients.
Heat thoroughly and stir well.
Pour over cake and spread, then sprinkle with about 1 cup chopped pecans.
