Sweet Potato Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon lemon peel (grated)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    3 cups peeled sweet potatoes (Shredded and uncooked)
    1 medium apple (peeled and chopped)
    1 - 8 ounce can pineapple tidbits (drained)
    1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, lemon juice, lemon peel, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Mix until smooth.
    In a large serving bowl Combine potatoes, apple, pineapple and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Add mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Serve cold.
