Tortillas For Any Occasion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Cut in shortening. Add warm water, little at a time and stir with fork until dough forms a ball but is not sticky.
    Knead 5 times and let rest for 10 minutes.
    Roll out any size you want.
    Cook in an ungreased black cast-iron skillet until dotted with golden spots on both sides. Cool and freeze or serve warm.
    Use with breakfast foods, lunch, dinner, beef, cheese, tomatoes, tuna salad, sausage, eggs, etc.
