Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes (Red Bliss)
32 oz. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
drop of red wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes until tender; slice while warm.
In small bowl mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar and milk.
In large bowl mix potatoes, celery, onions and mayonnaise mixture together. Garnish with paprika and green pepper.
