Oat Bran Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. vanilla flavored yogurt
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. oat bran
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. diced pitted prunes (if really dry, soak in hot water until plump)
Preparation
    Grease\tand
    flour
    a
    13 x 9-inch baking pan.\tPreheat oven to\t350\u00b0.
    In 2 quart saucepan, melt margarine and remove from heat.
    Stir
    in brown sugar until well-mixed, then blend in
    eggs and yogurt.
    Add whole wheat and all-purpose flours, bran,\torange peel,
    vanilla,
    salt and baking soda.
    Fold in prunes.
    Spread batter into greased pan.
    If desired, sprinkle top with
    2 tablespoons
    oats.\tBake
    30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed with fingertip.
    Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars; makes about 3 dozen.
