Chicken Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1 c. boiling water with 1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 c. chicken broth
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
little pepper
1 c. milk
2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
mashed potatoes
Preparation

Melt oleo in skillet.
Add onions, celery and carrots.
Saute for 10 minutes or so.
Add boiling water with chicken bouillon cube or chicken broth.
Simmer until vegetables are done.
Combine flour, salt, pepper and milk.
Cook until thick.
Add to cooked vegetables.
Line casserole with chicken.
Top with vegetables. Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Put mashed potatoes on top of vegetables and serve.
Chicken and vegetable sauce can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen until ready to use.
