Cauliflower-Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise (add milk, about 1/8 c., if creamier consistency is desired)
1/8 c. sugar
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon pieces, fried crisp
Preparation

Wash cauilflower, broccoli and green pepper.
Cut cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets and put into large bowl.
Dice green pepper and onion; cut in fine pieces.
Mix all together with cauliflower and broccoli.
Add cheese and bacon.
Cream together mayonnaise with sugar, adding milk, if desired.
Pour on the ingredients in bowl and toss.
Let set several hours.
Toss again before serving.
