Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage at room temperature
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    approximately 3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese.
    Add biscuit mix one cup at a time.
    Form into small balls around 1-inch in diameter. Place on ungreased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until light brown, approximately 13 to 15 minutes.
    May be made ahead and frozen.
    If so, cook a little longer.
