Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, crust removed
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. sausage or ham
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain. If using ham, chop. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch dish. Tear bread into small pieces over butter. Sprinkle sausage or ham over bread; sprinkle cheese over meat. Beat eggs and other ingredients. Pour over mixture. Chill overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Lay foil over top to keep from browning too quick.
