Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oatmeal
4 c. dried rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour, brown sugar, melted margarine and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.
Add oatmeal.
Press half of crumb mixture into greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Cover with diced rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, hot water and vanilla.
Cook until clear and thick.
Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining 1/2 of crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 40 to 45 minutes.
