Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep pie shell
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. diced Swiss cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in bacon fat.
    Spread cheese, onion, mushrooms and bacon evenly in pie shell.
    Mix other ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake until knife will come out clean.
