Holiday Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries, ground in food processor
4 c. bite sized marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped unpared apple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

If desired, serve on top of a thin slice of pineapple, which has been placed on top of lettuce leaf.
