Sweet-Sour Won Bok Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    12 won bok leaves, blanched
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine
    pork,\tgreen
    onion,
    water
    chestnuts, egg, 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce and salt; mix well.
    Place 1/4 cup of filling
    on each won bok leaf;
    roll.
    Place won bok rolls in skillet; add water and simmer 45 minutes, covered.\tArrange rolls on serving platter.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add to\tliquid in skillet.
    Simmer until gravy thickens, stirring constantly. Pour over won bok rolls.
    Makes 6 servings.
