Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 large sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can Pet milk

Preparation

Cook potatoes in salt water until tender.
Drain well and mash with butter, sugar, vanilla and milk.
Then put mixture in baking pan.
Top with following Topping.
