Crab-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. fresh broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    3/4 lb. fresh or frozen crab or shrimp, thawed (if frozen)
    1 1/2 c. unseasoned stuffing, moistened with water
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Blend soup and milk.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Set aside.
    In buttered 8-inch square baking dish, place half the broccoli. Top with half the crab or shrimp.
    Cover with half the stuffing.
    Pour over half the soup mixture. Top with half the cheese. Layer with remaining broccoli, crab or shrimp, stuffing and soup.
    Cover with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
