Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook
sugar,
flour, egg yolks, milk and salt for a few minutes,
then
add
lemon\tjuice and rind.
Let cook a little longer.
Add butter and pour in baked pie shell.
Add meringue and brown.
