Smoked Sausage And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in small pieces
    2 onions, chopped
    1 large head cabbage
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Fry chopped onions in a large skillet.
    Add sausage and cabbage.
    Add water and vinegar and cook about 1 hour.
    Add rest of cabbage and cook about 1/2 hour.
    Add sugar and remove lid to brown.
    Serve with boiled potatoes.
