Blueberry Cheese Torts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers (cookies)
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put paper liners in muffin pans, place wafer in each.
    (Makes 18 to 36.)
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth, about 3 minutes.
    Put mix over wafers and bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cool and top with blueberry, cherry, strawberry or pineapple pie filling.
