Christmas Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. raw cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) box cherry jello
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    pineapple juice
    1 tart apple, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add water to cranberries and simmer 10 minutes.
    Press cranberries through a sieve to eliminate skins.
    Add sugar and stir.
    Add jello.
    Remove from stove and partially cool.
    Add pineapple and a little of the pineapple juice, apple and nuts. Pour into a mold or dish and chill.
