Shrimp Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and chopped
Preparation

In medium size bowl, beat all ingredients except shrimp until smooth. Stir in shrimp.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Makes about 2 cups of spread.
