Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucini
    1/2 stick butter
    1 pt. coffee cream
    white pepper
    1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Make sauce while fettucini is cooking.
    Melt butter in 8-inch skillet.
    Over medium heat, add coffee cream, pepper, parsley and cheese.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add beaten yolk.
    Drain fettucini and return to hot pot; add sauce.
