Bubble And Squeak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes (with skins left on)
    4 c. blanched cabbage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 grated zucchini squash
    3 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
    1/2 c. diced ham
Preparation
    Mix with hands all ingredients.
    Place bacon drippings in skillet.
    Pour mixture in skillet and pack down with hands.
    Cook on medium heat until browned on bottom (about 20 minutes).
    Turn upside down on plate, browned side up.
    Serve hot.
