Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cornflakes, measured then crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix together and make into 8 patties.
    Roll in flour and brown in shortening in skillet.
    Put in baking dish and pour 1 can tomato soup over the meat.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
