Johnny Marzetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 large onions, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms and liquid
    1 c. diced celery
    1 green mango, minced
    1 tsp. vinegar salt
    2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onions, garlic, celery and green mango with margarine in a big skillet.
    Stir in paste, sauce, mushrooms, water, vinegar and grated cheese.
    Simmer 15 minutes to make a rich sauce.
    While sauce is cooking, cook noodles in salt water until tender.
    Drain and mix with sauce.
    Cook 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
