La Horchata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. steamed white rice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 dashes salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 qt. water
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    In a blender, add white rice, vanilla, and evaporated milk. Blend together well.
    Pour into a gallon container and add water and sugar.
    Shake very well.
    Add more sugar if desired.
    Serve over ice.
    Keep refrigerated.
