Aunt Karen'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. pkg. Philly cream cheese with chives, softened
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    6 servings instant potatoes
    butter
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions. Combine with rest of ingredients.
    Dot butter on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
    May double recipe for more servings.
