Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drain well
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Chill for half-day or several hours.
