Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 envelopes beef-flavored mushroom soup mix
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain, reserving liquid.
    Add water to liquid to make 1 cup.
    Place broccoli, broccoli liquid and sour cream in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides once or twice.
    Pour into saucepan.
    Add soup mix, Worcestershire and garlic; heat through.
    Transfer to fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
    If desired, garnish with parsley and lemon.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 4 cups.
