Southern Angel Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white corn meal (not mix)
    1 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add beaten eggs, milk and oil. Mix together.
    Fill greased muffin or corn stick pans.
    Allow to set 30 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Yummy!!
