Miniature Fruit Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. golden raisins
2 c. candied fruit
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream butter.
Gradually add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add sour cream and blend. Add flour and spices.
Stir in fruit and nuts.
Fill small \"Midget\" baking cups 3/4 full.
Top with 1/4 candied cherry.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes about 48.
