Scalloped Vegetable Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. light cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    dash of ground celery seed
    1 1/2 c. peeled, boiled, sliced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. broccoli florets, cooked
    1 c. sliced carrots, cooked
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    In small bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt, Molly McButter, mustard, pepper and ground celery seed.
    Mix until smooth. Arrange potatoes, broccoli, carrots and green onion in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
    Top with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 6 servings.
