Homemade Honey Bread (White) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. skim milk, scalded
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    12 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Scald milk with butter.
    Add sugar, salt and honey.
    Cool to lukewarm, then add yeast.
    Mix in 1/2 the flour (6 cups) at a time (leave out 1 cup to knead).
    Put in greased bowl.
    Let rise 2 times initial size.
    Turn on floured board.
    Set for 10 minutes.
    Divide into 4ths and shape into loaves.
    Let rise to 2 times initial size in greased and floured loaf pans.
    Butter top of loaves before and after baking.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
