Shrimp Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    dash or two of black pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Grind shrimp.
    Mix with hands.
    Add salt, Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper sauce and pepper.
    Blend.
    Add last, the mayonnaise.
    This makes it like a dip.
    Serve on crackers or chips.
    Or for a meal, put a dollop on hot grits; wow!
