Ingredients

1 small pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, mix pudding mix with milk. Cook until thick. Add oil and then cake mix.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Sprinkle nuts and chips over mixture.
Bake according to directions on cake mix box.
Easy and delicious!
