Mom'S Grape Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups Concord grapes (buy a quart)
2/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
Preparation

Wash fruit. Separate skin from pulp. Save skins; cook pulp. Put cooked pulp through Foley mill to remove seeds. Combine skins, pulp, and other ingredients. Bake in a 9-inch double crust at 400\u00b0 for approx. 1 hour.
